The PC75-40R pedal cutter is a hand-operated, spring-return tool used for cutting pedals in crashed vehicles, cutting rebar, padlocks, aircraft and train seats, etc. The tool is available in two different versions: with swivel coupling (PC75-40R) and with quick coupling (PC75-40).
The swivel coupling (ASE10) is able to rotate a full 360° even under pressure, providing maximum flexibility for the use of the tool.
