Backfill removal blades are used to quickly remove adhesive backfill from between panel & glass edges and are excellent for buses, trains, RV’s, marine (glass and decking) and a range of other backfill removal applications.
The WK17-6 has a 6mm channel width, see WK17-4 if you require a narrower version of this blade. Use WK26 depth control arm if required.
If you simply need to separate the backfill adhesive from the glass edge, rather than removing the entire bead of backfill, BTB recommends using the WK5-S blade in the BTB air or battery powered tools, along with the WK11DW5 cutting depth control arm.
